KIDS YOGA

Kids Yoga classes can include connection-building activities, breathing exercises, games, story-based yoga poses, and mindfulness art activities.  Most importantly, these classes teach children compassion, how to self-regulate, and are super fun!

MINDFUL YOGA FOR ADULTS

Adult Yoga classes are offered privately at your home or on a virtual platform. Classes are $110 per 60 minutes.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT SCHOOL ASSEMBLY

School Assemblies include Mindfulness practices, breathwork, yoga poses and relaxation techniques.  I use games, challenges and partner poses to keep it fun!

YOGA FOR GIRL SCOUTS

As a former scout myself, Girl Scout leader and Mom, Girl Scouts holds a special place in my heart.


This kids yoga class is designed especially for Girl Scouts, fulfilling patch or petal requirements at your troop's level.  Sessions can be done in-person if you are in Long Island, NY, or can be done virtually if you are located elsewhere or would just prefer.

Cost is $15 per participant up to $150 max. Up to 10 mats can be rented upon request. Additional travel cost if over 30 minutes away.

OFFICE WELLNESS SESSIONS

Office sessions are tailored to the needs and wants of your group, and can be anywhere from a mid-day lunch mindful movement session to an ongoing wellness program.  I will begin with a survey to ascertain the biggest source of stress for the group, and proceed accordingly, incorporating yoga, mindfulness and meditation offerings. 


I am also available for a 1 or 2 hour session with CLE credit in NY state for attorneys.   

Law

MINDFUL PARENTING WORKSHOP

This workshop combines the latest neuroscience with mindfulness techniques to show parents how to deal with common challenges and how to connect with their children in a compassionate way.  You will learn how to model behaviors that you want your children to use, as well as ease the stresses of modern-day parenting.

Family Time

PRIVATE SESSION

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.
