Kids Yoga ages 3-5

Service Description

Kids will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and play yoga games, in a fun and engaging 50 minute class. Yoga and mindfulness teach children how to focus attention and regulate their emotions, all while having fun. This class teaches kids to respect and honor their bodies and emotions, how to be compassionate and how to rest. Give your child the gift of yoga in their lives early!
